The standout benefit of this position is our Agent Development Program. You will receive direct, hands-on training from a long-time industry professional. We don’t just want you to make calls—we want to mentor you to become a fully licensed Insurance Agent.

We provide the roadmap and the expertise to help you transition from a representative to a licensed professional.

We will assist you and train you get your Property and Casualty General Lines License and your Life and Health License.

Salary Range: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A "hunter" mentality with a drive to succeed and hit targets. (are you competitive?)

• A strong desire to learn and a long-term interest in a career in insurance.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.

Your Role

• Engage with potential customers via outbound and inbound calls.

• We will provide you with all the leads and training to be successful.

• Identify customers who want quotes and preform live transfers to a skilled agent or schedule appointments for them.

• Maintain accurate records and follow up with leads in a timely manner.

• Actively participate in mentorship sessions to learn the "ins and outs" of the insurance world.

• Study and be instructed to become exam-ready to take the tests with the State.
