We are seeking a Commercial Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional service to our clients while working in a supportive and autonomous environment. This position offers a base salary of $40,000–$55,000 per year, based on experience, with opportunities for growth.

• Active insurance license (required).
• 3+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance (preferred but flexible based on qualifications).
• Strong integrity, honesty, and a pleasant personality.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members in a small office setting.

• Handle policy renewals to ensure clients maintain adequate coverage.
• Provide quotes for new business and help clients choose the best options for their needs.
• Assist clients with claims, offering guidance and support throughout the process.
• Perform general insurance services, addressing client inquiries and policy updates.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with insurance regulations.
