Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: An active Louisiana Property & Casualty License is preferred. Must obtain license within first 30 days of hire and licensing assistance available.

Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a customer service role is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer-Focused: A strong drive to meet and exceed client needs and expectations.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly within a team environment and contribute to team goals.

Problem-Solving: Capable of identifying issues and developing effective solutions.

Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and typical office applications is a plus.

Motivated: A keen sense of self-motivation and a proactive approach to tasks.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Connect with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.

Inbound and Outbound Sales: Manage both incoming inquiries and proactive outreach to generate and close sales opportunities.

Policy Advisory: Provide expert advice on policy options, terms, and benefits tailored to individual client circumstances.

Account Management: Maintain an ongoing relationship with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they remain satisfied with our offerings.

Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services in the marketplace.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and company policies.
