The Keenan Agency is a family-owned Dublin insurance agency dedicated to providing personalized service and guidance to our Commercial and Personal lines clients. We are seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Prior experience of 1-3 years of Commercial Insurance experience is required.  Base salary of $55,000 to $65,000 based upon experience and current licensing.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements:

Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills are important.

A Property/Casualty insurance license and prior insurance experience.

Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Applied Epic Agency Management System are desirable. 

The schedule would be Monday-Friday between 8:30 and 5.

This position is in office 5 days a week

Responsibilities:        

·        This person will be responsible for managing and servicing a book of business for our commercial clients and will be their primary contact.

·        Assist clients with policy changes, certificates of insurance, endorsements and general inquiries.

·        Processing renewals and changes

·        Ensuring clients receive the best possible service
