The Keenan Agency is a family-owned Dublin insurance agency dedicated to providing personalized service and guidance to our Commercial and Personal lines clients. We take pride in building long-term relationships and offering top-notch customer care in a friendly and supportive work environment. We are seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team.

No prior experience? No license currently? The company will pay for licensing education classes. The expectation would be to obtain a license within 90 days. Base salary of $40,000 to $55,000 based upon experience and current licensing.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Licensing Education Courses Provided

• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills are important.
• A Property/Casualty insurance license and prior insurance experience is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Applied Epic Agency Management System are desirable. 
• The schedule would be Monday-Friday between 8:30 and 5.
• This position is in office 5 days a week
