Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

Proven experience in insurance sales or a closely related client-facing role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport.
A customer-first attitude, genuinely wanting to help people.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in an office setting.
Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, addressing their inquiries and needs with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
Assist clients in selecting the most suitable insurance policies that align with their unique circumstances and financial goals.
Process policy changes, renewals, and new applications accurately and efficiently.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client coverage and satisfaction through upselling and cross-selling relevant products.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and trust.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals and contribute to the overall success of the group.
