Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Licensing: Active Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience: Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred.

Consultation: Offer expert advice to clients relating to their needs and recommend suitable services or products to meet their requirements.
Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruiting process, including conducting interviews, onboarding new hires, and supporting team integration.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and correspondence in compliance with company policies.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure a positive customer experience and achieve departmental goals.
