Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active Texas Property & Casualty License is required.

Experience: Must have prior experience as an Allstate Licensed Sales Producer or in a similar insurance sales role.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential.

Customer-Oriented: Demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent customer service and fostering client relationships.

Sales Acumen: Possess a proven track record in sales with the ability to meet and exceed targets.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid remote environment while maintaining collaboration with the team.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems and insurance sales applications.

Responsibilities

New Client Engagement: Actively pursue and establish new client relationships through various outreach methods.

Client Retention: Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of home and auto insurance products to effectively sell and propose appropriate solutions tailored to client needs.

Policy Management: Oversee and manage policy renewals, ensuring all client information is up to date and accurate.

Cross-Selling: Identify and seize opportunities to provide additional products and services that benefit clients.

Market Research: Continuously evaluate local market trends and competitor offerings to maintain and improve our competitive edge.
