Requirements

Licensing: Must hold a current Auto, Home & Life insurance license in Texas.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years in insurance sales, with a focus on building client relationships.

Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Client Focused: Demonstrable expertise in tailoring solutions to fit client needs and requirements.

Technologically Proficient: Familiarity with industry-specific software and CRM systems.

Flexibility: Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote tasks with office duties.

Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills to assess insurance needs and provide effective solutions.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Actively initiate and foster client relationships through effective communication and understanding of their insurance needs.

Service Excellence: Efficiently manage incoming requests and inquiries, providing timely and accurate information regarding insurance policies.

Policy Development: Customize and develop comprehensive insurance plans for Auto, Home, and Life that are tailored to client profiles.

Cross-Selling Strategies: Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities to optimize client portfolios for greater coverage.

Client Retention: Prioritize long-term satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery.

Industry Expertise: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of current insurance trends and changes to offer informed advisory services.
