Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role within the insurance industry.

Demonstrated success in managing and growing client portfolios.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and client satisfaction.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of valued insurance clients.

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and business objectives.

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client coverage, offering tailored insurance solutions and strategic advice.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and prompt resolution of client inquiries or issues.

Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their current insurance strategies and recommend improvements.

Stay abreast of industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes to provide expert guidance.
