Experience: At least 2 years of experience in customer service or account management, preferably within the insurance industry.

Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Licensing: An active Ohio Property & Casualty license is highly desirable.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.

Problem-Solving: Ability to assess issues, find solutions, and implement changes as needed.

Customer Orientation: A keen focus on providing exceptional service and understanding customer needs.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a hybrid remote environment while maintaining productivity and effective collaboration.

Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is important for daily tasks.

Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, ensuring their satisfaction and understanding of their insurance products.

Account Service: Provide exceptional service in managing accounts and processing requests, changes, and renewals efficiently.
