Our office is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our team. We are currently seeking to fulfill a part-time position with the opportunity for career advancement. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing policy change requests, and answering any questions our clients may have.  The successful candidate will be able to work independently to find way to better organize and coordinate office procedures and increase efficiency.

Knowledge of the insurance industry or office experience is not required but is beneficial.

Salary Range: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour

• Generating insurance quotes.
• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Document each customer contact in Agency Management System.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
