Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Requirements

Licensure: Must possess an active Maryland Property & Casualty License.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service roles is highly desirable.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

Remote Work Skills: Demonstrated ability to excel in a fully remote environment, maintaining productivity and effective collaboration.

Software Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and other digital communication platforms.

Dependability: Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of meeting deadlines while working remotely.

Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, providing them with expert guidance on insurance policies.

Lead Management: Efficiently manage and follow up on incoming sales leads, ensuring timely responses and engagement.

Policy Quoting: Prepare and deliver accurate insurance quotes to potential clients, tailoring them to meet individual needs.

Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively promoting the company's insurance products.

Customer Retention: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing any concerns and ensuring exceptional service levels.

Documentation: Accurately complete all necessary documentation related to insurance policies and sales transactions.
