Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must possess an active Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a comparable field is required.

Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets and closing deals.

Customer Service: A keen focus on providing excellent customer service and building strong client relationships.

Independence: Adept at working autonomously in a remote environment while remaining accountable for performance.

Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and virtual communication platforms.

Responsibilities
