Location: The Jennifer Haring Agency - 10340 Alta Vista Rd #100 Ft. Worth, TX 76244

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (No nights or weekends!)

We’re hiring immediately to replace a valued team member who will be leaving at the end of the year. The best part? What We’re Looking For:

• ONLY APPLICANTS WITH A TX. PROPERTY & CASUALTY LICENSE WILL BE CONSIDERED
• 2+ years of commercial insurance experience is REQUIRED (Trucking insurance experience is a big plus).
• Bi-lingual proficiency (Spanish).
• A true customer service professional with a “bend over backwards” attitude—our agency handles everything, so our clients don’t have to.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage policy changes, updates, and client inquiries for our commercial accounts, with an emphasis on trucking policies.
• Provide high-quality service to clients by answering questions, issuing Certificates of Insurance, and proactively addressing needs.
• Oversee billing, policy retention, and documentation, keeping clients informed and supported.
• Shop renewals on behalf of clients, handling all aspects from premium collection to signature gathering.
