Compensation: Base salary of $40,560 plus commission splits at varying levels, up to 100% commission. Unlimited earning potential with bonus opportunities.

Licensing: Active Minnesota Life and Health Insurance License is required. Would be preferred if also licensed in other states such as AZ, CO, IA, and WI.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years in life insurance sales or related field is strongly preferred.
Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
Customer-Focused: Demonstrated commitment to meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with sales software and digital tools to enhance work efficiency.
Client Engagement: Establish positive relationships with potential clients to understand their life insurance needs.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about American Family's life insurance products to provide accurate and comprehensive information.
Consultation: Offer customized solutions that align with each client's unique personal and financial goals.
Sales Target: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Targets will match the level of commission and bonus earned
Retention Efforts: Work with existing clients to provide excellent service and retain current policies.
Follow-Ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and prospects to ensure satisfaction and explore additional coverage needs.
