Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must have a valid insurance license in the state of Georgia.

Sales Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

Customer-Focused: A genuine desire to provide exceptional service and meet client needs.

Detail-Oriented: Ability to pay attention to detail and accurately review policies and other documents.

Positive Attitude: A positive and optimistic mindset to inspire confidence and build trust with clients.

Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.

Sales: Sell insurance policies to individuals and businesses, explaining coverage options and benefits.

Policy Management: Review policies regularly to ensure clients have adequate coverage and make recommendations for adjustments if needed.

Customer Service: Provide ongoing support to clients, assisting with claims, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Networking: Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and actively seek out new business opportunities.
