We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our hybrid remote team in Atlanta. This is a full-time opportunity with hands-on support from a Certified Financial Planner, flexible scheduling, and a workplace that values both professional success and personal well-being.

  • Base salary starting at $36,000

Requirements
  • Must hold an active license in Property and Casualty insurance
  • Must be able to report to the office during the training period. Hybrid remote opportunity is available after the training period.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong sales mindset with a focus on long-term client support
  • Less than one year of experience required; strong motivation and people skills are essential
Responsibilities
  • Achieve new business production goals through proactive outreach and referrals
  • Build strong client relationships and maintain ongoing support
  • Cross-sell and upsell insurance and financial products across multiple lines
  • Actively prospect and generate new business leads
  • Engage with the local community through volunteer events and outreach
