We are seeking an Entry-Level Insurance Customer Service Representative who is passionate about helping others and eager to grow with our agency. In this role, you will support clients, assist with underwriting, handle claims, and maintain strong client relationships. With our hands-off management approach, you’ll enjoy autonomy in your role while contributing to a dynamic and positive work environment. We offer a progressive pay schedule, starting at $2,860/month, with an eventual salary of $70,000/year plus bonuses, depending on your performance and ability to manage the office independently.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships
  • Handle payment transmittal and assist with client billing
  • Prepare quotes and review renewals
  • Organize and prepare for client annual reviews
  • Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and billing departments
  • Develop and maintain schedules for client meetings and reviews
  • Write new business policies
