Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active Louisiana Property & Casualty License is preferred.

One year of related sales experience is preferred.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer Service: A passion for meeting and surpassing client expectations.

Motivation: A highly driven and self-starter attitude, eager to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team setting.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Actively reach out to potential clients to discuss their insurance needs and offer suitable solutions.

Policy Customization: Develop personalized insurance plans by understanding each client's unique requirements.

Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive networking and relationship-building.

Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Documentation: Accurately complete all paperwork and maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.

Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes to enhance product knowledge and service delivery.
