Active Life & Health License required

Minimum 2-3 years of life insurance sales experience

Strong understanding of life insurance products and planning concepts

Experience in an independant agency setting

Familiar with CRM systems

Conduct client consultations to assess financial needs and risk exposure for 6 locations

Recommend appropriate life insurance solutions

Cross-sell life opportunities within existing home, auto and business clients

Generate new business through referrals, networking and prospecting

Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular reviews
