What Were Looking For:
1+ years of administrative, customer service, or office experience
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM/AMS tools preferred)
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team spirit
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a bonus!
Greet clients and visitors with a positive, professional attitude in person and over the phone
Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments for the team
Answer and route phone calls, emails, and texts promptly and accurately
Support client onboarding by preparing forms, collecting documents, and maintaining records
Keep office systems organized from digital files to supply inventory
Assist with data entry, policy processing, and document management in our CRM or AMS
Coordinate internal tasks like meeting prep, reports, and special projects
Jump in where needed as the go-to person that keeps things moving
