Requirements
- Insurance service experience
- Professionalism
- Property & Casualty License is required - Ability to obtain or possess an active Property and Casualty license
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude is a necessity.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Problem-Solving Capabilities.
- Strong work ethic
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish
Responsibilities
- Greet all clients warmly and professionally as they enter the office
- Deliver exceptional customer service by phone, email, text, and in person
- Promptly return all client communications
- Support policy servicing while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
- Stay current on insurance products and coverage options
- Maintain a high level of organization and accuracy
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities with confidence
- Build lasting relationships with clients and team members
