Job Overview
We are looking for an organized, quick learning person to help us with our Customer Service department. No prior Insurance experience needed. Experienced Customer Service Representative skill level. We have no problem training the right individual our business operations but are in need of for a reliable and professional worker looking to enhance their skills and build on their professional career. Must be Bilingual Spanish/English.
Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Must be Bilingual Spanish/English
- Office experience a plus
- Property and casualty licensed or willing to obtain it
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Professional phone etiquette.
Responsibilities
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Back up Customer Service
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
- Call clients for billing or renewal reminders
- Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
