Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • 2+ Years of Customer Service Experience is Required.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • A critical thinker and out-of-the-box problem solver.
  • Tech-savvy with typing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional phone and office etiquette.
Responsibilities
  • With your keen attention to detail, you’ll be taking payments and updating client information.
  • With your excellent relationship-building talents, you’ll be following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain client retention.
  • Use your savvy skills to complete claims reporting and assist clients with policy changes.
  • Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in assisting clients for their unique needs.
