Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in insurance is acceptable.
Experience: Proven experience in insurance account management or a similar customer service role is highly preferred.
Licensing: Fl Insurance License 2-20 preferred. FL Insurance Customer Service 4-40 License with the willingness to convert to a 2-20 License may be sufficient.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential for success in this role.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple accounts and tasks.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software and other digital communication tools is required.
Interpersonal Skills: A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Client Engagement: Act as the primary contact for policyholders, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently.
Policy Management: Oversee the servicing of insurance policies, including renewals, endorsements, and cancellations, to maintain client satisfaction.
Relationship Development: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure retention.
Administrative Coordination: Collaborate with carrier partners and wholesale brokers to expedite resolutions and service delivery.
Communication: Keep clients informed of any changes or updates regarding their insurance policies and ensure they understand their coverage and options.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate service procedures and policies to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Program Management: Work within our underwriting authority to review insurance agency renewals.
