Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Possession of a valid Pennsylvania Insurance Sales License is preferred.

Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is desirable.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities are necessary.

Customer Service: Demonstrated commitment to delivering high levels of client satisfaction.

Working Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment, combining remote and local interaction.

Team Dynamics: Strong team collaboration skills with a focus on fostering a positive work environment.

Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and proficient in using digital communication tools.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Actively engage with prospective clients to understand their unique insurance needs and provide customized solutions.

Lead Conversion: Effectively convert leads into policyholders through personalized consultation and demonstrated expertise in insurance products.

Account Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for policy updates or additional coverage.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes to offer comprehensive advice.

Sales Goals: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through strategic outreach, relationship building, and negotiation skills.

Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience and prompt resolution of any issues.

Documentation: Accurately document client interactions and transactions to ensure compliance and data integrity.
