Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must possess an active PA Property & Casualty License or be willing and able to earn one

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a similar field is strongly preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to connect with clients in a virtual setting.

Customer Service: A dedicated approach to client satisfaction and the ability to tailor solutions to individual needs.

Self-Motivated: Proactive attitude with the ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and other virtual communication tools required.

Adaptability: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments and client needs.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through phone and online communication.

Needs Assessment: Assess the unique insurance needs of clients and propose appropriate coverage options.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets with a commitment to high-quality customer service.

Policy Management: Assist clients with policy changes and address any questions or issues.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends to effectively serve clients and contribute to business growth.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with a remote team to enhance service delivery and achieve company goals.
