  • Base salary starting at $40,000
  • first-year earnings typically between $60,000 and $80,000
  • top performers earning up to $120,000

Requirements
  • Active Property and Casualty Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Licensing assistance available for qualified candidates.
  • Proven ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented and driven by measurable success (sales targets, client satisfaction, etc.).
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and digital client outreach.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and persistence — thrives in a competitive environment.
  • Team player who contributes to a supportive, growth-focused office culture.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase product benefits.
  • Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
  • Conducts timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
  • Utilize persuasive techniques to finalize sales transactions.
  • Set and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
