We're seeking an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative with previous office experience to join our team. The position offers a competitive salary structure, including a base salary ranging between $18 - $19 per hour, plus commission and bonus opportunities. Top performers in our office has made over $120,000 per year, demonstrating the potential for success and growth in this role.

Requirements
  • Licensing Requirements: You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed). 
  • Preferred candidate would already have their license but willing to train a motivated/driven individual who has 1 year of office experience.
  • Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
  • Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.
  • Driven by achieving personal and professional goals.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrates professionalism and respect in all interactions within the office environment.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase product benefits.
  • Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
  • Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
  • Conducts timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
  • Utilize persuasive techniques to finalize sales transactions.
  • Set and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
