We are looking for a driven, hardworking, and outgoing individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative. No prior insurance experience is required—just the commitment to learn, the willingness to make calls, and the determination to succeed. You will work on obtaining your CT Property & Casualty License, assist the sales team, and develop key sales skills while earning a base salary plus commission, with a year-end earning potential of $35,000 - $50,000.

• Willing to make 100-200 calls per day to turn cold leads into warm transfers
