Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

This role has a firm baseline. If you meet these, you’re in a position to compete.


What’s required:


Active Property & Casualty License (Texas): Must be currently licensed and in good standing to sell in the state of Texas.

Background Check Clearance: Ability to successfully pass all required background checks.

Sales Readiness: Comfortable operating in a high-activity, results-driven environment with clear performance expectations.


Strongly Preferred:


Life & Health License: Ability to sell across all lines is a major advantage and opens additional earning potential.

Prior Sales Experience: Especially in insurance or a comparable, performance-based environment.

Multi-Line Capability: Experience identifying and closing opportunities across personal, commercial, and life products.


This position is best suited for someone who already has the foundation in place and is ready to execute at a high level from day one.

Responsibilities

This is a production-focused role centered on generating and closing new business across multiple lines.


What you’ll be responsible for:


Prospecting Daily: Make consistent outbound sales calls to generate new opportunities and build a strong, active pipeline.

Driving New Business: Identify, quote, and close personal lines, commercial, and life insurance opportunities.

Cross-Selling with Purpose: Maximize every opportunity by uncovering additional needs and expanding each account.

Networking for Growth: Build and maintain relationships through networking, referrals, and community engagement.

Pipeline Management: Stay organized, track activity, and maintain accurate records to ensure consistent follow-up and conversion.

Executing with Urgency: Move opportunities forward quickly—from first contact to bind—without letting deals stall.

Hitting Performance Targets: Meet and exceed activity and sales goals on a consistent basis.


This role is built for someone who is comfortable being measured on activity, production, and results—and who takes pride in outperforming expectations.
