• Minimum of 3 years of professional baking experience in a high-volume setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in a wide range of baking techniques, pastry, bread, and cake decoration.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification preferred).
• Ability to manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Creative flair and a passion for developing new recipes and flavor profiles.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Craft exquisite baked goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
• Develop and refine recipes, introducing innovative menu items that align with current culinary trends and client preferences.
• Manage all aspects of the bakery, from daily production schedules to inventory control and ordering of ingredients.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization within the bakery workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the catering team to ensure seamless execution of events and special orders.
• Train and mentor junior baking staff, fostering a positive and productive kitchen environment.
• Monitor and manage bakery supplies and ingredient costs to optimize profitability.
