Salary Range: $25,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active Ohio Property & Casualty License is essential

Sales Experience: Proven track record in outside sales, insurance sales, or a related field

Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Goal-Oriented: Strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a hybrid remote work environment

Team-Oriented: Willingness to collaborate with a dynamic sales team

Tech Proficient: Comfortable using CRM software and sales analytics tools

Responsibilities

Client Networking: Develop and sustain strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their specific insurance needs.

Lead Generation: Proactively seek new business opportunities through various channels to expand the client base.

Consultative Selling: Analyze client needs and provide comprehensive solutions through various insurance products offered by Allstate.

Account Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and account updates to ensure seamless service delivery.

Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on industry trends and company products to offer clients top-notch advice and solutions.

Community Engagement: Actively participate in community events to increase brand awareness and build local presence.
