In this role, you will:

Deliver personalized insurance solutions across auto, home, life, and more

Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer protection that fits

Contribute to a high-performance culture that values results and initiative

Already licensed? Great you can hit the ground running. Not licensed yet? No problem. We will walk you through the licensing process and even cover the cost to help you get started.

Salary Range: $71,500.00 - $89,500.00 per year

Requirements

* **Licensing:** An active New Jersey Property & Casualty License is required to start, but if you're not licensed yet and ready to commit, we'll help you through the process of getting certified quickly.

* **Experience:** Background in insurance or sales is highly preferred, but driven candidates with related experience are encouraged to apply.

* **Driver's License:** A valid New Jersey driver's license is required for local networking and client outreach.

* **Communication Skills:** Clear, confident verbal and written communication is essential to connect with clients and close sales.

* **Customer Focus:** A passion for helping people and exceeding their expectations with personalized service.

* **Self-Motivated:** You excel in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting and are energized by reaching goals.


* **Team-Oriented:** Strong collaborator with a positive attitude who contributes to a winning culture.


* **Tech Proficiency:** Comfortable using CRM platforms, email, and standard office software to manage leads and client relationships.
