Salary Range: $71,500.00 - $89,500.00 per year

Requirements

* **Licensing:** Active **New Jersey Property & Casualty License** is preferred. Not licensed yet? No problem **we'll cover the cost** to help you get licensed quickly.

* **Experience:** Prior experience in insurance or sales is a plus, but were open to training the right person with the drive to succeed

.

* **Communication Skills:** Youre confident on the phone, clear in writing, and know how to connect with people.


* **Client-First Mindset:** You care about helping people protect what matters and you show it in every conversation.


* **Attention to Detail:** Youre sharp, organized, and thorough when it comes to quoting and servicing policies.


* **Team Player:** You work well with others and bring a positive, lets win together attitude to the office.


* **Problem Solver:** You can think on your feet and make smart decisions when helping clients.




Responsibilities

* **Consult with Clients:** Build genuine relationships by understanding their needs and presenting tailored Auto, Home, and other insurance solutions.

* **Drive Sales Performance:** Proactively follow up with leads, engage prospects, and close sales through effective communication and product knowledge.

* **Offer Multi-State Protection:** Provide coverage options and expert guidance to clients residing in **New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, and Florida**.


* **Follow the Formula:** Achieve results by committing to proven **daily actions** that drive quotes, conversations, and conversions well show you exactly what works.


* **Stay Sharp:** Keep up with product changes, carrier updates, and coverage options to provide accurate and relevant advice.


* **Collaborate for Success:** Work closely with team members in the Woodcliff Lake office to ensure a smooth customer experience and hit shared performance goals.
