Salary Range: $76,000.00 - $89,500.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active New Jersey Property & Casualty License is mandatory.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly desirable.

New Jersey Drivers license is required

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.

Customer-Oriented: A strong commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

Motivated: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Tech Skills: Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic office software.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Actively engage prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and present suitable policies.

Consultative Selling: Provide expert advice on policy options, explaining the benefits and features to help clients make informed decisions.

Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

Networking: Develop and implement strategies to expand the agency's client base through networking and referral cultivation.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
