The Math

This is a numbers business:

10 quotes/day = ~200/month

10% close rate = 20 policies/month

Bundling increases income significantly

High performers in this environment don’t guess what they’ll make—they control it.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Requirements

The Standard (Non-Negotiable)

10+ verified quotes per day (minimum)

Consistent outbound activity

Follow-up discipline on every quote

Ability to pivot (auto → home → bundle → umbrella)

“When you exceed the standard, your income scales fast—more quotes = more closes = more bundles = higher commissions and bonuses.”

If you do not produce consistent quote volume, this role will not last.


Compensation

Base salary + commission + performance bonuses

Bundle incentives that reward complete households

Realistic income path:

$60K = average producer

$75K–$100K+ = consistent performer

Higher for top-tier producers

Multiple lead buckets so production never depends on one source
