We currently have an open position for Licensed Personal Lines Account Manager. You will be responsible for servicing and expanding a book of business by servicing & selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients. This is a full-time salary position including an excellent benefit package along with many opportunities for additional commission and sales incentives & growth bonus. Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Possess an active Connecticut Property & Casualty Producers License
- Life license preferred
- Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize
Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with our clients to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Perform the essential duties of servicing a book of business, including new and renewal marketing and placement.
- Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
- Be the connection between the company, clients/prospects and the multiple insurance carriers represented by the company.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
- Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
