Compensation: $20-$26/hr. DOE, with benefits
This position, preferably in-office but open to hybrid arrangements, involves managing a revenue book of $100,000 to $250,000 for individual or multiple client advisors. The salary is based on the size of the book. Responsibilities include handling renewals, coordinating day-to-day service needs for clients, completing premium allocations, meeting with underwriters, and developing coverage knowledge. The role also involves maintaining proper documentation in EPIC, preparing proposals, and demonstrating proficiency in Excel and Word, emphasizing good time management skills.
Salary Range: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent required
6 months to a year of experience in commercial (property and casualty) insurance, preferably with larger and more complex middle-market clients and risks
Licenses or Certifications:
Active Utah Property and Casualty license required; Utah Life & Health license desired.
Working toward CISR and/ or CIC
Required Job Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of major insurance coverage's including General Liability, Commercial Automobile, Workers Compensation, Products Liability, Commercial Property, Umbrella
Understand the content and structure of the insurance contract.
Commercial Property, Umbrella, Excellent communication skills, including listening, speaking and writing.
Ability to understand and analyze commercial lines coverage forms, ratings, and policies.
Ability to establish and develop strong relationships with clients, carriers, trusted business partners, and coworkers.
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well with details.
Proficient in a variety of computer software applications used by the agency, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; EPIC; as well as the Internet and Carrier Web Sites
Prefer In Office but will consider some hybrid depending on responsibilities and workload
Handle and maintain a $100,000 - $250,000 revenue book of business with individual or multiple client advisors. Salary is commensurate with book size.
Handle renewals by obtaining renewal information, preparing underwriting submissions, preparing proposals, and sending to clients as directed by the account manager and/or client advisor. Responsibility for the maintenance of proper documentation in EPIC (Agency Management System). Prepare and maintain client information workbooks.
Coordinate day-to-day service needs of clients including issuance of certificates of insurance, policy changes, policy checking, and other duties.
Complete premium allocations as requested by the client.
Meet with underwriters and develop working relationships.
Developing coverage knowledge.
Proficient in Excel and Word.
Good time management skills.
