We are seeking an ambitious Insurance Sales Rep to join our team. In this role, you will focus on building strong client relationships, developing tailored insurance solutions, and driving growth through sales and retention. Whether you are licensed or looking to become licensed, we provide the tools, training, and support you need to succeed.
- Base salary starting at $35,000 for unlicensed applicants and $45,000 for licensed

- Monday-Friday schedule, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with evenings, weekends, and holidays off

Requirements
- Prior sales experience, insurance experience preferred
- Ability to obtain state licensing if not already licensed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Develop customized insurance quotes and proposals
- Present solutions with confidence and close sales opportunities
- Network and generate referrals to grow the client base
- Educate clients on coverage options and risk management strategies
