• Bachelor's degree Or equivalent education and professional experience.
• Previous experience in sales (3 years minimum) in insurance or a related field
• Active insurance license in Michigan or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong sales, marketing, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• A passion for helping clients find the right insurance solutions.

• Identify and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Educate potential clients on various insurance products and help them choose the best coverage options.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes tailored to client needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, policy changes, and competitive products.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
• Utilize CRM tools to track leads, sales, and client interactions.
