Allstate Insurance - The Bohman Agency in Charlotte, North Carolina, is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-driven person to join our team as a Part-Time or a Full-Time Customer Service Representative.
The salary is commensurate with your experience starting with a base of at least $40,000 with an opportunity to earn $1,000 to $2,000 in monthly commissions, as well as an Annual Bonus.
This role is eligible for Hybrid Remote or fully Remote work. Join us in the office if you prefer to work in an Agency Office environment. And, we also provide computer and phone equipment if you prefer to work Remotely from home.
In this role you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing all of their insurance-related questions, concerns, and requests.

Requirements
- Must have a Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Must have ability to multi-task.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Problem-Solving Capabilities.
- Ability to adapt to change, learn new things quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop new Financial Services opportunities..
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Generating insurance quotes.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
- Handle customer renewals.
