Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $79,000.00 per year

Experience in insurance sales or a related client-facing role (preferred).
A strong desire to help people and build meaningful relationships.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Comfortable with learning and utilizing sales technology and CRM systems.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.
Ability to obtain necessary insurance licenses.
Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.
Explain complex insurance concepts clearly and concisely.
Present and sell Allstate insurance policies, focusing on life, auto, and home insurance products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Process applications, follow up on leads, and manage client accounts.
Collaborate with the team to achieve agency sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
Make 30+ outbound calls daily
Generate 10+ quotes per day
Follow up on leads and existing customers
Cross-sell and grow current accounts
