Salary Range: $34,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year

Licensing: Current Florida Property & Casualty License is mandatory for this role.
Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years in insurance sales, preferably within the Allstate network or a comparable agency, is required.
Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
