Salary Range: $34,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Current Florida Property & Casualty License is mandatory for this role.

Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years in insurance sales, preferably within the Allstate network or a comparable agency, is required.

Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities are essential.

Customer-Centric: A keen ability to empathize with clients and ensure their satisfaction with tailored insurance solutions.

Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage client portfolios and follow-ups effectively.

Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through cross-selling and relationship building.

Teamwork: The ability to collaborate seamlessly with a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is important.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential clients, introducing them to our wide range of insurance products and services.

Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of potential customers' needs to offer tailored insurance solutions.

Policy Management: Oversee and manage existing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective cross-selling and upselling strategies.

Community Involvement: Promote a positive image of the agency by actively participating in community and networking events.

Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and product innovations to better serve clients.
