We are seeking a highly motivated Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing top-tier service and support for their insurance needs. You’ll assist with policy changes, billing inquiries, claims follow-ups, and appointment scheduling, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will be essential in helping our agency grow. Requirements
  • 1-3 years of customer service or administrative experience, preferably in insurance
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and phone etiquette)
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access)
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse client base and agency team members
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to client satisfaction
Responsibilities
  • Process client payments and assist with billing inquiries
  • Handle policy changes and updates for existing customers
  • Assist in filing and following up on insurance claims
  • Schedule and manage client appointments for insurance and financial reviews
  • Quote and process new business applications for Property & Casualty insurance
  • Provide prompt and professional customer service in-person, over the phone, and via email
