Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Licensing: Must hold an active Property & Casualty License. One is not required to apply. Must obtain one within 30 days of start date.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in insurance sales or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
  • Customer-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Remote Work Skills: Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote setting.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team environment.
  • Tech Proficiency: Proficient in the use of CRM software and other communication tools.
  • Languages: English. Spanish fluency is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to meet their insurance needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Insurance Guidance: Offer personalized advice and recommendations to clients, ensuring they have the right coverage tailored to their requirements.
  • Portfolio Management: Analyze and assess client portfolios to identify opportunities for additional coverage and enhancements.
  • Customer Support: Address client inquiries promptly, providing solutions and resolving any issues efficiently.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to offer relevant and up-to-date advice.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure a high standard of client service and satisfaction.
