Join The Badeaux Agency, LLC and become a key player in the vibrant field of insurance sales as a Licensed Insurance Agent. We are an Allstate Agency based in Metairie, Louisiana. The ideal candidate has their P&C Insurance License and has prior Allstate or State Farm experience. We offer a base salary of $32,000 - $42,000 (based on experience) plus commission. Average monthly commissions range from $1,500 - $3,500 per month. This position will evolve into a hybrid remote position with the right candidate. As an added benefit, we offer a fun work environment that includes a schedule that allows our employees to take every other Friday off as a personal day. This personal day is not counted as vacation time; it is just a personal day off. In exchange, we are looking for an energetic, team-player, that wants to help our company reach our agency goals.

Licensing: Must possess an active Louisiana Property & Casualty License.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales with Allstate or State Farm a plus.
