Active Property & Casualty insurance license in Maryland.

Strong interpersonal skills to build meaningful connections with our local community.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Reliable transportation for daily office attendance in Denton.

Experience using digital management systems or the ability to pick up new software quickly.

Prior experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.

Explain complex insurance concepts in plain, simple language that puts clients at ease.

Proactively review policies to ensure our clients have the right protection as their lives evolve.

Process new policies and manage existing accounts with high attention to detail.

Participate in local events to represent The Atlantic District and deepen our ties to Denton.

Collaborate with the rest of our office team to ensure every visitor receives a warm welcome and expert care.
