Active Virginia Property and Casualty insurance license.

Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales or client relationship management.

Solid understanding of risk management and various insurance products.

Clear, empathetic communication style, both in person and over the phone.

Organizational skills to manage multiple client files and renewal cycles effectively.

Comfort using modern agency management software and digital documentation tools.

Listen to potential clients, assess their specific risks, and provide honest advice on how to best protect their assets.

Manage your own book of business by nurturing existing relationships and finding ways to support your clients as their lives change.

Prepare and present coverage options that align with the specific needs of our community members in Gloucester.

Stay up-to-date on industry changes to ensure our clients always receive the most accurate and helpful information.

Collaborate with the broader team to refine our local service approach and maintain high standards of client care.
